From a family business to the BHD Group

A small family business created in 1933, Reynaud-Cauvin Yvose is specialized in the making of technical textiles. It has been able to extend its field of action and its markets to include 22 partners today spread between the production site based in Louhans (Saône et Loire) and our research department located in Villefontaine (Nord, Isère).

Boosted by this development, RCY joined the BHD group in 2004, the N°1 French group in the making of technical textiles which regroups more than twenty companies in various lines of business. Originally aimed at farming, RCY is present today in the humanitarian, industrial, Defence, civilian protection and environmental conservation areas.

Offering various applications as far as technical textiles are concerned, RCY presents nonetheless three specialities: antipollution booms, open or closed flexible tanks for stocking and rescue tents with inflatable structures.
In the domain of Expertise, counsel and training in Antipollution fight, RCY is involved with large organizations : ITOPF - LE CEDRE – FOST and the SDIS 13 the French Fire-Fighter Training Centre.
