Application field
Antipollution trawl approved by the French Navy during
« Prestige » disaster, the THOMSEA is a very easy
system with an important skimming capacity.
The system is efficient at collecting:
-Oils: as shown by collection of fuel oil from the sunken
“Prestige”.
-Macro floating debris such as: plastics bags, bottles, cans,
vegetable matters.
Technical field
The filter pocket of the THOMSEA system can be easily
and quickly changed (5 minutes) without bringing it onboard.
Maximum width of the trawling system throat (10m) with a
2m wide boat.
