Reycau inflatable boom

Application field

REYCAU inflatable booms are intended for use in counteracting the spread of chemical pollutants on the high seas. They are also usable for the protection of coastal zones and estuaries.

Depending on the dimension, the REYCAU range is used for:

• sweeping (REYCAU 800),
• containment (REYCAU 550 to REYCAU 600),
• coastal protection (REYCAU 300 to REYCAU 600),

Technical field

Characteristics of the REYCAU inflatable booms:

• resistance to ripping and torsion,
• resistance to temperatures from -30°C to 90°C, with a maximum of 120°C for a short period of use,
• resistance to wear and abrasion,
• resistance to hydrocarbons, oily materials (lubricants, mineral oils) and almost all industrial chemicals,
• weldable with all the common techniques.
