Shoreline boom
Application field
The Reynaud Cauvin Yvose SHORELINE booms provide
boom continuity between water and land in order to stop the
oil from spreading along the waterline. It is used
on beaches with low waves and in areas where the water level
rises and falls (tides) or where the depth is insufficient
to deploy a standard boom. The Reynaud Cauvin Yvose SHORELINE
boom comprises an upper air chamber and 1 or 2 water chambers
which act as ballast when the boom is floating.
Technical field
The water chamber(s) also anchor the boom to the
bottom when the boom is beached.

The SHORELINE boom can be delivered with:
- A towing system,
- A pump with an intake and connecting hose for filling
the water chambers,
- A blower for inflating the air chamber.
